The investments are focused on the evisceration line and a last generation automatic cutting line. Such innovations have made possible to increase its cutting capacity and productivity. For this, it has been able to count with the help of the rural development program of Catalonia 2014-2020 financed by the EU and the Generalitat de Catalunya.
